Except where expressly provided otherwise by SOFTKLIX, nothing on this Web Site shall be construed to confer any license offer for license or sale under any of SOFTKLIX’s or any Third Party Provider’s intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement that accompanies or is included with the Software (”License Agreement”).
